Tips for sublimation printing on your mug

The matte mug can be customized using a sublimation printer, transfer paper, and a heat press specially designed for mugs.

Printing tips:

1. Print your photo, illustration, or logo in mirror mode on sublimation paper.

2. Position the printed paper against the surface of the mug and secure it with heat-resistant adhesive tape .

3. Preheat your sublimation mug press to 200 °C.

4. Place the mug in the press and transfer the design for 215 seconds.

5. Carefully remove the mug using heat-protective gloves.

6. Carefully remove the transfer paper and let the mug cool to see the final result.

Heating settings are provided as a guide and may need to be adjusted for your sublimation press.

Important information about customizable mugs

DUnder European Regulation No. 1935/2004, when you purchase a mug or any other product that comes into contact with food (water bottle, thermos, etc.) and it is intended directly for the end consumer, you must include the following information on the item itself:

• The item's reference or model
• The name or business name and, in all cases, the registered office address of the seller responsible for placing it on the market
• The batch number, allowing the end customer to trace the product
• The positive food-contact symbol or the wording "Suitable for food contact"
